TERMS & CONDITIONS //

PRICING:

We understand that every single one of our customers has varying budgets, which is why we often offer custom pricing structures.
For the majority of projects we offer custom pricing depending on your needs and budget. However we do have standard hourly rates available upon request (please email remarkableremovals@outlook.com).

COMMUNICATIONS:

You agree that Remarkable Removals may use your email for future business communications between ourselves and you.
Remarkable Removals will never share your email/phone number with any third party individuals or companies (unless explicit written consent is granted from you).
All communications between Remarkable Removals and our clients are confidential.
Your email will be automatically added to our email list. Should you receive an email from our marketing team and you wish to unsubscribe from our email list, please navigate to the bottom of the email and press the unsubscribe button.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:

Please note that we request a 50% deposit to be paid in advance for all bookings (unless otherwise contractually agreed/stated in writing and signed by both parties to the agreement). Should you cancel your booking within 72 hours of the agreed project start date, this deposit will be non-refundable.
Payment in full is due within 48 hours of your move by us.
Your invoice will contain an itemized breakdown of the services we have provided.
Payment details (account name, sort code and account number) are included with every invoice.
Non payment: if full payment is not received within seven working days of the final invoice date we reserve the right to pass your invoice on to a debt collection agency. This may affect your credit rating.

COOKIES & TRACKING:

Our website host Wix may use cookies, however we have absolutely no use or need for them.
The only instance where cookies are displayed is to show vague location information as to the location of users (country/city) of our website on the back end of our site.
